Join CHCS for a visit to Graceland Cemetery, a certified arboretum and one of the best examples of Victorian cemetery design in the country! With winding paths, impressive monuments, and a peaceful reflecting pond, Graceland is a serene space to connect with art, nature, and history. It is also the final resting place of figures such as Louis Sullivan, Daniel Burnham, Marshall Field, Jack Johnson, the Palmers, Richard Nickel, George Pullman, Allan Pinkerton, and Ludwig Mies van der Rohe.
